Yoga
Yoga is for everyone. Yoga is not about touching your toes or doing headstands ( thankfully). Yes, Yoga will create flexibility and strength both in the body and mind but also yoga is about finding space, space in the body and mind, and space from the daily stresses life has to offer. Yoga is about learning who you are and learning to love who you are. It is about learning to live in the present moment.

There are many different styles of yoga and it’s important to find a style and teacher that resonates with you. Toyah believes being a yoga instructor is about guiding you on the mat so that you can take the practices into your daily life. Yoga should not be intimidating or daunting and I like to create a welcoming and fun space so that everyone can practice yoga.
Toyah trained in India on a 200-hour yoga instructor course with continued workshops around the world and consistent personal practice of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. The classes are held in St John Parish Hall on Saturday and at Bouley bay on Monday evenings.
All levels are welcome. yoga sessions will include meditation, pranayama, sun salutations, and asana. with relaxation at the end.
SUP yoga
For those who want a fun exciting challenge, these sessions are available upon request for groups. We are proud to offer SUP yoga with Toyah who is a qualified yoga teacher, personal trainer, and Level 2 BSUPA SUP instructor.
Fitness class
Toyah is a level 3 YMCA personal trainer and offers 1:1 yoga sessions and HIIT-based fitness sessions in the comfort of your own house, with your own flexible schedule. For more on personalised programmes email Toyah.

Toyah offers bespoke yoga and personal training sessions within the comfort of the client’s own home. Each session is tailored to meet individual needs, goals, and individual requirements clients may have.
